Handling peak workloads

Increased customer traffic in the Aareal Portal may have an impact on the portal's performance during peak times, possibly resulting in delayed response times or waiting times before orders are executed. For us at Aareal Bank our top priority is to provide our clients with satisfactory services. Therefore we take the matter very seriously and apologise for any inconvenience.

We are presently testing a new version of the Aareal Portal which includes important features to optimise performance and improve the current situation. Until these measures take effect we kindly ask you to note some tips (in German) which we have compiled to facilitate your work in the Portal.

We hope that these tips will make it easier to use our Aareal Portal until the performance has further improved. At the same time we are aware that we can compensate the restricted usability only to a limited extent. We apologise explicitly and thank you for your comprehension.

In this overview (in German)you can find upcoming maintenance dates and planned downtimes. Please take these dates into account during your activity planning process. Maintenance works are mandatory for a continuous development and quality assurance and make sure that you can rely on an efficient application. We apologise for any inconveniences.
